Manually removing an Altiris Recovery Solution server from a cluster

Ive run into this issue multiple times now. Here is the situation:

Using Altiris Recovery Solution Have a cluster with a single Recovery Solution server in it The Recovery Solution server goes down and is not recoverable The Recovery Solution server is rebuilt on the same hardware and put back into Altiris
